At NearMeNow, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our high street businesses and their customers. When someone uses our VZTA app or our website we use third party services, Google and Mixpanel Analytics, to collect standard internet and app log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the app and website. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google or Mixpanel to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our app or website.
The following data is collected via the VZTA app: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Physical Address, Other User Contact Info, Precise Location, Coarse Location, User ID, Device ID, Product Interaction, Other Usage Data, Crash Data, Performance Data
We use your location data so that we can let you know when you have entered a VZTA smart town.

We do not send out regular newsletters that fill up your email inbox. On rare occasions, we may use your email address to let you know about exciting developments or invite you to events near you.
